Our dress code is semi-formal, and the wedding will be outdoors. For men, a suit or a blazer with dress pants is perfect. For women, a pretty sundress, maxi, or midi-dress would be perfect. Since we will be outdoors on grass, we recommend a block/chunky heel, wedges, or sandals/flats for ladies & to consider bringing a light jacket or wrap in case it gets chilly.

We’ve arranged a complimentary shuttle service for guests traveling to and from the venue. Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Hilton Garden Inn at Waverly. The shuttle will depart from the hotel to the venue at 4:00 PM sharp. One shuttle will return to the hotel at 9:30 PM, with additional shuttles departing at 11:00 PM. While parking is available at the venue, we suggest using the shuttle service for added convenience and safety, as the backroads in Waxhaw can be quite dark at night. Additionally, arranging Ubers is generally easier in Waverly than at the venue. We want everyone to enjoy the evening and stay safe.
